Being a Rally Master for a GMC49ers Rally is not as hard as it may sound. Because of the availability of venues with a clubhouse, and large enough to accommodate coaches, we make arrangements with sites a year in advance. This is not to say you cannot get your own venue. We would ask that you give us enough time to cancel the pre-arranged venue without inconvenience or fee.
It is suggested that you at a rally to get the feel of the things the host is doing for preparation before being Rally Master.
